Request: Custom chat titles

The chat titles are set by the agent, we cannot edit this our self.. Would be nice with an edit button next to the chat title in the sidebar overview.. To better manage/organize all the chats..

This should be an easy fix? I could try to upload a fix, but it would probably not be included in the repo, as iam not that good developer, so if anyone working on the project officially could add this, it would be much appreciated!
