Set up Slack server for community #28

@skokaina

Description

@skokaina

Why

GitHub Issues is for bugs, not conversations. Early adopters need a real-time channel to ask "how do I do X" without opening an issue. This is where your first 10 contributors come from. Without it, potential contributors bounce.

Channels to create

Channel Purpose
`#general` Announcements and general discussion
`#help` "How do I..." questions
`#show-and-tell` Users sharing agents they built with AgentSpec
`#contributing` Discussion for code contributors
`#bugs` Quick triage before opening GitHub issues

Setup tasks

  • Create Discord server with AgentSpec branding (logo already at `logo/agentspec_full.png`)
  • Create channels listed above
  • Set up a welcome message explaining what AgentSpec is and linking to docs
  • Add invite link to README.md (badge format: `Discord`)
  • Add invite link to CONTRIBUTING.md
  • Add invite link to docs homepage (`docs/index.md`)
