Add support for installing and managing Remix Icon MCP server across all supported code agents. The install and remove commands now support three servers: playwright, context7, and remix-icon. Add automatic update checking with interactive prompts when new versions are available. The TUI displays update status and allows users to upgrade or skip versions.
