Bug/Feature - Prompt user that session has expired.

When a users' session is about to expire, prompt with a modal that tells the user, and allows them to stay signed in or log out.

Right now, the user doesn't know this until going to another page. 


Possible - Eliminate session timeouts altogether if it is too difficult???
