Patch for /trunk/src/globalization/id-ID.js

Reflect official accepted name of month for November (instead of Nopember).
Change the widely used 3-letter abbreviated Month Name to Agu (instead of 
August), also accepting agt and ags. (Source:

used abbreviation: http://ivan.lanin.org/agu/)
Change the widely used 3-letter abbreviated Day Names of Mng (Minggu), Rab 
(Rabu), Kam (Kamis), Jum (Jumat), Sab (Sabtu).  (Source:

Making regex for sat more complete.
Add Indonesian timezones.
