Mirrorlist obtained by running: $ rankmirrors mirrorlist > rootfs/etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist on top of the mirrorlist provided by "pacman-mirrorlist" Comments were removed manually

Original mirrorlist only includes the "mirror-director" mirror, which in my experience ends up being super slow and at times ends up making pacman fail (since there are no other mirrors to fall back on).
This PR replaces it with one obtained by running
rankmirrorson the latest mirrorlist provided by alarm'spacman-mirrorlist.The main geo-ip mirror is still the first line, but the other mirrors are enabled too.
