emem geospatial MCP example for Agno

Hi Agno team,

We added an Agno example for emem, a remote MCP server for signed geospatial facts and place-based verification.

The example uses MCPTools with transport="streamable-http" to connect an Agno agent to emem and run a geospatial verification question about Helsinki Airport, Finland.

Would you be open to linking this from the Agno MCP examples/docs, or should we open a PR adding it directly to the cookbook/examples?
