ERC-8267: On-chain payment standard for AI agents (deployed on Base)

I deployed ERC-8267 — three smart contracts on Base that let AI agents:

1. Register for discovery (event-driven, no central indexer)
2. Accept escrow payments (funds locked until client confirms)
3. Build on-chain reputation (from real transaction history)

Live on Base:

First agent already registered (whale transaction monitor). All three interfaces are fully decoupled — use just the payment layer if you want.
