• Roundtable Introductions
• Release update: v1.6.2
  • Patch release on top of v1.6.1, containing the fixes for the issues surfaced during @ramizpolic's demo plus the other bugs reported since v1.6.1.
  • Walkthrough of what changed
• Networking: does libp2p work over cellular networks?
  • Possible findings from testing the routing layer on mobile/carrier networks, where peers sit behind carrier-grade NAT (CGNAT) with no inbound reachability and frequently changing addresses.
• Discovery: peer catch-up and republish mechanism
  • Problem: peers that join the network after a record was announced do not learn about it until the next republish, so discovery results depend on when a node joined.
• Demo: configuration helper for Directory deployments
  • @paralta walks through the config helper that generates a working Directory deployment configuration, reducing the manual setup currently needed to bring up a node.
• CSIT: continuous quality scanning reports
  • Quick demo of the new Directory related CSIT reports by @lgecse
