Objective

Clarify how OASF works, its purpose in structuring directory records, and its role in agentic systems. The focus should be on explaining how attributes are described within the schema framework, while clarifying that outside of the proposed core record object, OASF does not currently define the what that go into a directory record.

   • Outline specific scenarios where OASF is most valuable.

   • Articulate the team's strong opinions or guiding principles behind OASF, such as:
     • The importance of a highly extensible framework for describing agentic resources

     • Why this framework is essential for enabling interoperability across agentic systems.
