Add a new opinionated Directory deployment guide for AWS EKS that walks through a production-style setup with SPIRE, NGINX, Route53, ExternalDNS, cert-manager, EBS, Zot, and federation to the public Directory network.
Also update the existing production and partner federation docs to link to the new guide and align the deployment narrative around routing, ingress, verification, and safer credential/key handling.
