- Founded a cross-functional team to prioritize and advise on A/B tests across Opower's web-based products.
- Led a deep-dive statistical analyses of customer behavior including cohort retention on multiple products post-launch. The resulting data led to actionable insights for both the product and the clients who configure the products for their own implementations.
- Led a year-long project to refactor our web products to conform with strict accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.0 AA).
