Align apps CI/E2E with the shared architecture requirements.

Requirements

• Add or verify a centralized E2E workflow using agynio/e2e actions from @main.
• Deploy apps from source with DevSpace during E2E.
• Do not build or publish images/charts from pull request workflows.
• Do not override bootstrap cluster environment values.
• Do not pin shared agynio workflow/action references to branches or SHAs; use @main only.
