how to remove the yellow bookmark icon from pdf after embedding the bookmarks?

Hi!
I added a bookmark, then embedded it to the pdf using embed_annotations extension. And this icon on the left side of the paper appeared. The problem is this icon is not going away even after i delete the bookmark (delete from the bookmarks list). I even did the embed_annotations thing again after deleting, still it is not going away.

Sioyek reads and writes all annotations to/from shared.db. embed_annotations embeds the annotations in the file itself, allowing the pdf to be shared and viewed in other pdf software. This is a one-way operation, however, so if you wish to remove these embedded annotations, you must use another pdf program (e.g. Okular, Adobe Acrobat).
