Description

A visual Kanban layer over the framework artifacts. It maps the existing markdown (plans, user stories, the wider ecosystem) into a visual Kanban that both humans and the AI can drive, feeding the orchestration layer.

Open question

The delivery mechanism (external tool or binary) is not decided yet and needs research.

Scope

• Map plans, user stories, and tasks from markdown into a Kanban model
• Bi-directional sync between markdown and the visual board
• AI-drivable so orchestration can move work across columns

Acceptance criteria

• Markdown artifacts render as a visual Kanban
• Board changes sync back to markdown
• Orchestration can read and update the board
