A third operational mode designed for documentation and research workflows:

Read-only codebase exploration - Analyze code without making changes
Web research via Tavily - Search the internet for documentation, best practices, and API references
Markdown-only output - Creates .md files for specs, plans, and documentation
3-segment mode toggle - Clean UI switch between Debug | Focus | Keystone
🔧 Bug Fixes & Improvements
File Creation

Fixed: New files in non-existent directories now auto-create parent folders
Added: Top-level <<>> block parsing for simpler file creation syntax
Improved: Cross-platform path handling (Windows, Mac, Linux)
Auto-Apply System

Fixed: Stale closure bug preventing automatic file application
Added: Ref-based duplicate prevention to avoid re-applying edits
Improved: Extensive error handling and logging for debugging
Keystone Mode Enhancements

Benefit: Directory creation fix also applies to Keystone's agentic file creation
Feature: Tavily web search capability now available in Keystone mode
🌐 New API Endpoint
POST /v1/search - Public web search endpoint using Tavily with DuckDuckGo fallback
