Worked implementations of the AIDDLC Standard across industry verticals. Each example provides real-world artifact samples, phase walkthroughs, and compliance notes — anonymised and simplified for publication.
The AIDDLC Standard specifies what must be produced. These examples show what it looks like in practice.
Each example is based on a real implementation. Names, commercially sensitive details, and patient-identifiable information have been removed. The structure, content patterns, and regulatory mapping are accurate.
Use these examples to:
- Understand what each required artifact contains in practice
- See how compliance obligations map to specific artifacts
- Calibrate the level of detail expected at each phase gate
- Adapt templates for your own industry context
Club Health OS — regulated physiotherapy clinical management system
- Conformance level: Full Conformance + Regulated Conformance
- Regulatory context: CQC registration, GPhC oversight, UK GDPR
- Phases covered: Foundation (complete example)

- Read the overview for the vertical first — it provides context for the artifact choices
- Compare to the specification — each artifact references the spec section it satisfies
- Adapt, don't copy — your domain, regulatory context, and success criteria will differ; use the structure and depth as a guide
- Raise issues — if an example is unclear, incorrect, or missing important content, open an issue
If your organisation has implemented the AIDDLC Standard and is willing to share anonymised artifacts, we welcome contributions.
Process:
- Open an Implementation Report issue to describe your implementation
- The Architectural Board will review and reach out to discuss publication
- You prepare anonymised artifacts following the existing example structure
- Submit a PR with the new vertical directory
Attribution: Contributing organisations are credited in the example README unless they prefer to remain anonymous.
