Which version is the official release for juicer_tools

On your release page, it says that version 1.6 is the official stable release, but the installation tutorial directs you to download juicer_tools.1.9.9. Is 1.9.9 the new stable version? Your "Example with cluster version and downloading reference files" also references juicer_tools.1.7.6.

If I want to use the official stable release of juicer (v.1.6), then which juicer_tools version should I use? v1.9.9?

You should distinguish between juicer and juicer_tools.
You should use version 2.20.00 of juicer tools, unless you have very old hic files.
