Wiktionary Extractor

Extructs structural inforamtion from [wiktionary dumps](http://download.wikimedia.org/) to a sqlite3 database:

* Word definitions, [clean from wiki markup?]
* Synonyms, antonyms, hyponyms, hyperonyms
* Translations and related words - not yet implemented

Script is tuned for russian wiktionary.
