Add MCP memory search tool

Add a minimal MCP tool for searching MemoryMesh memories.

Scope:

• expose a memory_search tool
• accept userId and query
• call the existing search endpoint or core function
• document a simple MCP client config

Keep this focused on demo value for v0.
