Console.debug writing to console in production mode

I saw on another post that a console.log for height/width was removed in production for the XY chart and I was hoping that it could be removed in prod as well for this console.debug that I am seeing. The XY chart is where I am seeing this issue, the attached screenshots include the emitted error and where in the rendered code it is coming from.
