Fix entity assignment if use_entity_annotation=True is set. (#68)
Added support for nucleic acids in Evaluator and all relevant Metric classes (#69)
- Backwards incompatible changes:
  - MonomerRMSD has now the backbone_only instead of ca_only parameter
  - All Metric.name that had 'protein' in it before, are now renamed to 'polymer'
