Broken release

Hi,

I wanted to try this out ( seems like a neat idea 0 but there are several things that are just broken and so not worth my time to just "try this out" right now:

• pip install formcreator does not work
• missing flask dependency
  missingflask.ext.login`` dependency

Thanks for the information. I updated the PyPI package and put all the dependencies now on setup.py. I tried in a fresh virtualenv and everything worked on my system. Try again:

$ pip install --upgrade formcreator

and let me know if everything worked.
