Feature request: OPDS2 feed/manifest additions

Minor stuff, but a few requests for OPDS 2 feeds.

• Can you add the "position" value to the belongsTo.series? That's essentially the comic issue number. Would be nice in the feed level, but if just manifest, that's fine too.
• Can you add an href for the publisher similar to the other credits, if possible?

I saw these in some public feeds/manifests like:

Oh, I also noticed that the readino feed contains something like:

That alternate seems like a sane place to stick the weblinks in the comic metadata?
