What changed, when, and what it means if you are working through the material. Newest first.
The full technical changelog is
CHANGELOG.md; this thread is the readable version, and you can subscribe to it.The L.A.B. Simulator · auto-graded labs
New:
labs/— Learn → Apply → Break. Ten labs across eight tracks with a CLI runner, a prerequisite DAG, and CI that grades solutions on a pull request. Runs offline; no AWS account. If you are mid-curriculum: nothing moved. Labs are a parallel way in, not a replacement. Each links back to the module that teaches its concept.
The field guide · 77 reference pages
New:
cheatsheets/— 17 original frameworks, 10 API cheat sheets, 9 runbooks, 4 playbooks, 6 interview guides, 17 role-based how-tos.Most useful if you are stuck: Failure Signature Catalog maps 16 observable symptoms to causes and fixes.
Discussions reorganised
Changed: every practice thread retitled, recategorised and tagged by track, level and format. Multi-hour labs and capstones moved from Exercises to Hands-on Labs.
If you had a bookmark: discussion numbers are unchanged, so every link still works. Only titles and categories moved.
New: an index of all 40+ practice threads, a discussion map, and answered Q&A.
Repository restructure
Changed, and this one breaks links: 118 flat root files became 16 topic modules under
modules/. Any bookmark to a root-level file from before this will 404 — the curriculum index is where to re-find things.Added: ~200 previously unpublished files, including every exercise solution, all of Agent Builder, the end-to-end production track, and the full
ragkitretrieval library. Also: all client branding removed, a real AWS account ID replaced with
123456789012, leaked local paths scrubbed, and CI added that blocks all three from returning.Subscribe to this thread (Watch, top right) if you want to know when material changes. Announcements are maintainer-only, so it stays low-traffic.
