Replace old publisher scripts with the new modular obsidian-publisher library as a git submodule. Changes: - Remove publisher-v2/ and publisher/ directories - Add obsidian-publisher as submodule - Add publisher-config.yaml for site configuration - Content changes: normalize trailing newlines, remove orphaned Related Reading sections - 3 images recompressed with minor differences Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
