stuck on installation at db step - Attempted to call function "set_time_limit"

i setup a new webapp with php8.4 to testdrive panoption.
also set a DB for it, login to it with myphpadmin does work without any problem.

in the panopticon step to setup the DB data after clicking NEXT i run in this error
Attempted to call function "set_time_limit" from namespace "Awf\Filesystem".

i checked also the documentaion at: https://github.com/akeeba/panopticon/wiki/Install-Panopticon
tested with localhost or 127.0.0.1, but does also not work.

maybe some tips here what this means or what i did wrong here?

i could solve my issue: deleted the "set_time_limit" from the server management function "disable functions".
