Provider management appears to be broken.
Symptoms
Existing providers that were already added are not detected anymore.
The Providers settings page can show the message:
Current backend has no provider management.
When opening an existing provider entry, for example google, the provider detail view stays stuck on Loading... and never finishes.
New providers also cannot be added.
Expected behavior
Previously added providers should be detected and listed correctly. Opening an existing provider should load its settings, and users should be able to add new providers from the provider management UI.
Actual behavior
Provider management does not recognize existing providers. Provider details remain stuck in a loading state, and adding new providers is not possible.
Notes
This makes the provider settings unusable for the active workspace.
