Bug fix
Fixes a crash in the GitHub Action's full report (format-report.py) when a schematic's Protocol Compliance findings carry enriched {ref, value, lib_id} device entries — e.g. boards with named I2C buses. The full-report Protocol Compliance section raised TypeError: sequence item 0: expected str instance, dict found; it now coerces device entries the same way the short report already did.
