Use Multi-threading to run Test on Stocks

Multi-threading support to run strategy test on stocks with command line parameter `--threads` or something can be add. To enhance the speed of tests.

`--threads` parameters should provide as an optional parameter as APIs can get overloaded if multi-thread option is enabled.
