Cutting pages into two halves

[Stephan-P]

Is there a tool that can cut the pages of a pdf into two halves?
So, each page is fysically cut into a left half and a right half, which are then saved as separate files.

I've found this online tool: https://online2pdf.com/en/cut-pdf-pages-into-halves
Does BentoPDF have an equivalent?
