Dear Dr. Tadano:
I noticed that the article published before ( T Tadano et al 2014 J. Phys.: Condens. Matter 26 225402) has a comparison of first-principles forces and model forces in various configurations, but I am not quite clear how to implement this function. Can you give me some Pointers on how to fit the energy using the obtained force constants?
