I recommend that you upgrade ALAMODE to the latest version. If the problem still occurs in v. 1.5.0, please let us know. |

@ttadano Dear Dr. Tadano, I tried to use phonopy to calculate the NaNbO3 phonon spectrum, using the expansion of 331 to calculate and did not find the virtual frequency, and then tried to use alamode to calculate, I used the 221 expansion when the phonon spectrum was calculated and the phonopy calculation result was very similar, but there was an imaginary frequency, and then I tried to use alamode to calculate the 331 expansion cell, this time the calculation result not only did not eliminate the virtual frequency, but the calculation result and phonopy appeared relatively different, Why is this and is there any solution to it? |

Dear Dr. Tadano,
As I take the Cross validation calculation by running the different sets of CV calculations separately, several hours later, each job always suspend at "CV = -1: Manual CV mode. Validation data is read from DFSET_CV" in the log file.
Could you please help me to solve this problem?
