Warning - C1_array

Dear Dr. Tadano,

While running a cell relaxation, I'm getting the following warning:

Warning: file C1_array.in could not be open
The stress tensor at the reference structure is set zero

I'd like to know what this file is about, and how it could improve the calculation. Also, if it is somehow important, how could we construct it?
