KMESH for bubble self-energy?

I would like to calculate the bubble self-energy correction to SCPH and trying to figure out the right kmesh. My understanding is that the bubble self-energy requires a denser kmesh than SCPH. How do I control this? It seems that KMESH_SCPH controls the kmesh used for the SCPH calculation, but is that the same kmesh also used for the bubble correction? My input file is below. Thank you!

Yes, KMESH_SCPH is used for calculating the bubble self-energies. I will modify the code so that more flexible choices can be made by users in a future version.
