It could be based on [typer](https://pypi.org/project/typer/). At a minimum, it should have commands for - [x] creating a sqlalchemy table definition file (basically a call to sqlacodegen) - [x] creating a sqlsynthgen generators file - [x] running the sqlalchemy file to create the tables - [x] running the data generation once
