Identify NHS IG capacity for the team

Description:

We need a member of NHS IG to join the team.
This will come from the allocated BRC funding at BRC but we need to identify the person to do this.

Definition of Done:

• A NHS IG member identified and attending regularly the fortnightly project meetings.
