Plugin Donation Lib

Purpose

This is intended to be incorporated into free WordPress plugins to standardize donation / contribution and support info

Features

• adds a section for use in settings with donation and contribution tabber
• adds a settings link on plugin list
• adds a donation link on plugin list
• automatically redirects to settings page on activation

Limitations

• display is coded as table rows so only suitable in a table
• all donation links are to my personal accounts
• QR code are my personal codes

Possible enhancements include

• json config file to set donation links and QR code locations
• template system so display markup can be overridden
