Allow In-Plugin Configuration of Self-Hosted Backend Server

What?

Add a field to the relevant plugin settings pane that allows the user to set the backend server URL. This could be added to the "Upload options" section of that pane.

Why?

Share Note provides an option for self-hosting a backend server. Unfortunately, configuring the plugin to use a different backend server requires updating a JSON file in the relevant Vault's hidden .obsidian directory. This is relatively easily accomplished on most platforms, but requires dedicated (and possibly paid) software on iOS and iPadOS.
