Startup Security Utility isn't showing options to disable Secure boot & allow booting from external media

I'm not getting any prompt to enter my password, I'm currently running Sequoia 15.7.9, iMac (2019,1).

I'm not sure if these two problems are related, but I can get to the OCLP boot loader, but when i try to open the macOS 26 installer, it just shows a dark gray/black screen.

iMac 2019 doesn't have the T2 chip, it's a non-T2 one, unlike the other 2019 Macs, like Mac Pro, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air. The only iMac with T2 is the officially supported by Tahoe 2020 iMac.
