[codex] sync fork with upstream and preserve comment reply features

Summary

• Sync this fork onto latest upstream OpenCLI main (40b2f750, v1.7.19 at the time of creation).
• Preserve the local Browserbase session support and multi-platform comment/reply features on top of the new upstream codebase.
• Add or restore comment ID reading plus reply flows for Bilibili, Douyin, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, Twitter/X, Xiaohongshu, and YouTube.

Notes

• results/ is intentionally left untracked and not included.
• A separate upstream draft PR was also opened: [codex] sync upstream and preserve comment reply features jackwener/OpenCLI#1551.
• TikTok live reply reaches a platform captcha gate in the current browser session; the command now reports that blocker explicitly instead of misclassifying it as an empty comment DOM.
