This commit adds a new command `pullgod.closePR` that allows users to close the current pull request directly from VS Code. - Updated `PullRequestProvider` interface to include `closePullRequest`. - Implemented `closePullRequest` in `GitHubAdapter` using `octokit.rest.pulls.update`. - Added `src/commands/closePR.ts` with the command implementation, including a confirmation dialog. - Registered the command in `src/extension.ts` and `package.json`. - Added unit tests for `closePullRequest` in `src/test/githubAdapter.test.ts`. - Updated `CHANGELOG.md` with the new feature.
