🚀 Navigator v3.0.0 - Skills-Only Architecture

🚨 Breaking Change

All slash commands have been removed. Navigator v3.0 is skills-only with natural language interface.

✨ What's New

Natural Language Interface

No more slash commands! Just describe what you want:

Before (v2.x):
/nav:start
/nav:marker checkpoint
/nav:compact

After (v3.0):
"Start my Navigator session"
"Create a marker called checkpoint"
"Clear context and preserve markers"

Token Savings

  • Commands overhead eliminated: +11k tokens saved
  • Total reduction: 97% (6k vs 200k tokens)

    • init.md, start.md, doc.md, marker.md, markers.md, compact.md, migrate.md
    • jitd*.md (6 backward-compat files)

Updated Files

  • plugin.json: commands array removed, version 3.0.0
  • marketplace.json: breaking_changes documented
  • README.md: Natural language examples, v3.0 roadmap
  • templates/CLAUDE.md: All command references removed
  • .agent/DEVELOPMENT-README.md: v3.0 footer
