dokku-events reaches End-Of-Life
As you may see from the 0.3.21's release notes, this plugin is now part of the Dokku core components, therefore it does no longer make sense to relying on this code base to enable the logging features.
You are encouraged to upgrade Dokku to any version greater than or equal to the aforementioned version.
