feat(archive): split workspace deletion from archive flow#31

Remove the "Delete worktree" checkbox from the Archive dialog and expose Delete as an explicit action on already-archived workspaces: a Delete button next to Restore in the chat header (desktop + mobile) and a Delete all button in the archive popover.
