fix(file-viewer): make markdown/image viewer header buttons clickable#32

The MarkdownViewer and ImageViewer header divs were missing `WebkitAppRegion: "no-drag"`, so the top 32px of their toolbars overlapped the window drag region and swallowed clicks on the Open-in-editor, view-toggle, copy, and close buttons.
