VS Code Devcontainer for working with the "Distributed Services with GO" book

Needs the VS Code Remote Extensions and docker to run.

"Reopen in Container" - there are two options to execute:

• Open bash in the Terminal window and run make compile
• Use the proto3 extension via F1 -> proto3: Comile All Protos
