What are you making ChatGPT do on your Mac?

I built Mac Developer Bridge because I wanted normal ChatGPT to finish work on the same Mac where the code, terminal, tools, and old Codex sessions already live.

If you try it, share one real workflow here. The useful stuff is specific:

• what you asked ChatGPT to do
• which repo / local tools it used
• whether PTY, background jobs, or Codex history mattered
• where it got stuck or surprised you
• a sanitized screenshot or transcript if it helps

A good example is: “Find yesterday’s Codex thread, inspect the live repo, reproduce the CI failure, fix it, run the suite, and push the result.”

Please redact credentials, tokens, private paths/content, and anything else you would not put in a public GitHub issue. This bridge is intentionally not sandboxed, so weird failures and security edge cases are useful feedback too.
