Reliable cross-platform skill refresh.

  • Skill-payload completeness check — the installer now verifies the skill payload is complete (SKILL.md plus every reference it cites), repairing a partial checkout in place or failing loudly, so a stale or partial ~/.claude/skills tree never loads silently.
  • Dev / plugin-cache self-heal — detects when a dev symlink and a version-pinned plugin-cache copy of the skill shadow each other and reconciles to one canonical install, backing up first and confined to the plugin cache.
  • OpenCode refresh guidance — documents that skill content loads from ~/.claude/skills and is refreshed by the standard installer.
