The fresh-session nudge now reliably reaches you when a session is long and degraded (delivered independently of routine informational throttling), and shows the API-equivalent dollar value of the tokens a fresh session would reclaim, alongside the token count. README now documents cold-resume-lean and the nudge. Dollar figure ported to OpenClaw and OpenCode.
